The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice decor. the hotel's location was convenient, with other casinos within walking distance. the food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, and the portions were generous.

The service at the restaurant was subpar. We had to repeatedly ask for simple things like straws, and the servers seemed disinterested and unfriendly.

As a solo traveler, I loved the concierge floor with its delicious breakfast and private dining room. The staff was amazing, especially the cleaning crew. The room was spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and a makeup station. The river view from the wall-to-wall windows was incredible. The front desk ladies were knowledgeable and helpful, even allowing us to check back into the same comfortable room with a great view hours later. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. the employees had a genuine passion for their jobs.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved, as there were stained carpets and an unpleasant smell in the closet and drawers. It was disappointing to have to pay for internet access, as it should be complimentary for guests staying at the hotel.
