We loved the openness and the stunning view from our room at the hotel. It was clean, and we were able to connect our devices to the TV. The gym was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus. Parking was convenient, and we appreciated being able to park without worrying about other cars getting too close to our BMW.

We felt right at home at the San Antonio Marriott Northwest. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was in the center of where we wanted to go. It was conveniently located near the SA Northwest Medical Center area and within easy reach of Sea World. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely restaurant/bar that we thoroughly enjoyed. The overall appearance of the hotel was pleasing and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond with their excellent service, from the kind server who brought our dinner to the room to the prompt maintenance man who quickly responded to our requests.

During our stay, we found a perfect oasis in a bustling area with everything we needed nearby such as restaurants and events. The neighborhood felt safe and secure, and we appreciated the short drive to the Riverwalk. The room and bathroom were well-maintained and comfortable with modern amenities. We were impressed by the professional and courteous staff who went above and beyond to provide excellent service, whether at breakfast or in resolving an issue with the room. The breakfast was exceptional, and the view was breathtaking.

We did experience one minor issue during our stay that could be improved.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me as it was in a better area and near the river walk. It was also conveniently close to two other restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. They were always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were updated and clean, with cool temperatures and very comfortable beds. The attention to detail in terms of the bedding for the sofa was also impressive. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was delicious, with hot items served hot.

All in all, everything was ok during my stay.

The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. the concierge lounge had excellent service and premium food and beverages. the hotel's decor was modern and nicely appointed.

The maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms were lacking. There were issues with the hot and cold water pipes being hooked up backwards, resulting in a mix-up of temperatures.

The bed was super comfy, the hotel was clean, had a balcony, decent price, free parking, easy to catch a ride.

I stayed at the Marriott for 3 nights during a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff, especially Destiny, were friendly and welcoming. The king bed room was spacious and I loved the unique closet-like divider between the bathroom sink and bedroom. The furniture in the lounge/bar/inside lobby area was comfortable and well spaced, making it perfect for having conversations with friends. The location was also ideal, as it was very close to my son's apartment. I would definitely book a room at this hotel again.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for our trip - right in the heart of where we wanted to be and close to a river walk. The area felt really safe and we enjoyed having everything we needed right there in the hotel - including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and sun loungers by the nice outdoor swimming pool. The staff was excellent - from housekeeping to the front desk, everyone was so nice and willing to answer any questions we had. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed - including free toiletries, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV.

This place was really great for families, but we wish there had been a little more for kids to do. However, the staff was so accommodating that they might be able to help suggest some local activities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed with the level of comfort and luxury it provided. The location was perfect for me as it was right in the center of where I wanted to go, close to the airport and Sea World. The staff here was exceptional, from housekeeping to the front desk. They were not only friendly but also very informative and willing to answer any and all questions I had. The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities I needed, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant, where the wait staff were kind and always on the lookout if I needed anything.

Even though I found this hotel to be exceptional in every aspect, I won't hesitate to recommend it to others.
