We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better - right in the center of town, in Union Square. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent customer service from the doorman to the desk. The staff in customer service, with the exception of the concierges, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and modern, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV. we had a great experience here.

If we had to mention one downside, it would be the paid Wi-Fi in the rooms. However, this small inconvenience doesn't take away from the overall quality of this hotel.

The San Francisco Marriott Union Square exceeded my expectations in every way. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view from my room on the 22nd floor was absolutely stunning. The hotel staff were not only friendly but also extremely helpful, making my solo trip even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, just one block away from Union Square. Additionally, there was a 24-hour Walgreens conveniently located on the corner and a fantastic Japanese restaurant right across the street.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, centrally located and close to all the shopping areas. It's easy to get to Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, or the Financial District from here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch.
