The staff is attentive and even sends helpful texts before your arrival. The gym has good equipment and the rooftop offers stunning city views. With a tablet in every room, ordering room service and setting alarms is a breeze.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel has a high population of homeless individuals and drug dealers, so guests should exercise caution when going out after dark.

The rooftop bar was fabulous and the staff, especially Ralf and Diana, provided great service. Despite minor hiccups like a hit-or-miss breakfast and lack of cups for hot water, the overall stay was fantastic. Would recommend this hotel.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was an incredible experience. the decor was absolutely stunning, with modern retro touches throughout the entire property. the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and we felt like we were sleeping on clouds. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and Thanksgiving dinner which was a thoughtful touch. the location was also ideal, with easy access to shops and restaurants just a few blocks away.

We did feel that the area surrounding the hotel was not entirely safe. There were a lot of homeless and shady people loitering around outside, which made us feel vulnerable and uncomfortable.
