I was impressed with the spacious and clean rooms at the San Ramon Marriott. The room had plenty of space for me to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist me with any requests. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious and high-quality food. The bar had a great selection of drinks and a lively atmosphere. Although there were some minor inconveniences mentioned in the reviews, such as the Wi-Fi not being free for regular guests and limited elevators, they did not detract from the overall positive experience. I had a great stay at this Marriott and would recommend it to others.

This hotel was a perfect accommodation for our family. The location was ideal, close to the Blackhawk Museum and next to a beautiful man-made lake. The in-house restaurant offered amazing food, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and impeccable, beds ultra-comfy with down pillows. The lobby had a kid-friendly snack area.

While the room service menu was limited, there were many nearby restaurants to choose from.

The location of this hotel was great, as it was in a lovely area and I felt safe walking to nearby stores if needed. The room itself was pretty good, with a very quiet environment and the heating and air conditioning system was quiet as well. The pillows provided were nice and fluffy, which added to the comfort.

There were a few things that about my stay at this hotel. Firstly, there was an issue with my reservation upon arrival, as the front desk did not have my full dates in their system.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and my experience was fantastic. This place is located in a business park which is really cool and the staff was excellent. They had room service, dry cleaning, tour/ticket assistance and lots more. The leisure facilities like the sauna and outdoor swimming pool were simply amazing, given the time of year we went. I also loved the sitting area and terrace which were cozy and felt very private.

I really enjoyed my stay here and I would recommend this hotel to my family.

The hotel had a lively atmosphere on Friday night, and I enjoyed the convenience of having snack machines with healthy vegan options upon checking in. The little balcony in my room was a nice touch, and I appreciated the late check-out they readily accommodated me with. The bathroom lighting was great for doing my makeup, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff, particularly Brooke at the front desk and Ellen in the bar, made me feel like family.

The balcony in my room was a nice touch, providing a great view. The bathroom lighting was perfect for makeup application. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the vegan snack machines were a helpful bonus. The staff were accommodating to my late check-out request. Plus, the fire pit looked lovely on a brisk night.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds months in advance, but not available upon check-in. Was offered a room with a king bed instead, which was unacceptable for our group of four.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after a full day. The availability of valet parking, in-room coffee, and reliable Wi-Fi was a great convenience. We also appreciated the high-quality bath products provided by the hotel. The friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even went above and beyond to make sure our group of moms and 10-year-old girls had rooms close to each other. The pool area was fantastic, and the heated pool was a delightful bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, with a charming city center within walking distance. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the mature landscape from our room's balcony.
