Great location, only 200 yards from the beach. Enjoyed the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the room. the rooms were spacious and had a nice layout.

The beds were uncomfortable, felt every spring and made noise when moving. Ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap before the end of the stay.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and close proximity to everything on the island. The staff at Arms West were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our vacation truly enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful condo just steps away from the Gulf. The amenities were top-notch and everything we needed was provided, from beach chairs to boogie boards. The screened-in patios were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The condo itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had comfortable beds. The beach access was convenient, with private paths and areas to rinse off after. our stay was easy and fun, with perfection in every way.

I am aware that some guests had minor issues with cleaning supplies and dirty areas, but luckily we didn't experience any of those problems. The only inconvenience we faced was the noise around the pool, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment.

The beach is the only good thing about this hotel, as it is on shore and near the beach. However, even being very close to the beach, the hotel does not provide any beach towels or any amenities for sandy visitors. The rooms are far from luxurious and the bathrooms were outdated and dirty. The service was not welcoming and the breakfast had no variety to choose from.

The pool was dirty and poorly maintained.

I loved how close the condo was to the beach, just steps away! The easy walk made it convenient for us to spend lots of time on the beautiful beach covered in shells. The cleanliness of the condo was impressive, and the fact that it had a washer and dryer was extremely helpful. The location of the condo was perfect, right in between the lighthouse and the downtown area. The staff were great, always quick to help and take care of any problems.

The lack of privacy between the Lanais. Despite no one staying at the next-door unit, the limited barrier between the two could affect individuals inclined to privacy.
