The location of the hotel was great, with easy beach access just a short walk across the street. the views from the balcony and the front door were amazing, allowing us to relax and enjoy the scenery. Plus, the beach was not crowded, giving us plenty of space to unwind.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. I was disappointed to find out that there was no separate tub in one of the bathrooms, contrary to what was advertised.

Our recent stay at the Sanibel Condominiums was a fantastic experience! The condo was impeccably clean and offered a beautiful view from the balcony. We especially loved the convenience of the location and easy beach access. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of proper lighting in some rooms and non-functional stove burners, the overall cleanliness and view made up for it. The bed and sofa could have used an upgrade, as they were uncomfortable, but the rest of the furnishings were satisfactory. The staff's lack of attentiveness was a bit disappointing, and we encountered some maintenance workers entering our unit without realizing it was occupied. However, these small issues did not significantly impact our stay. All in all, we had a memorable vacation at the Sanibel Condominiums and would recommend it to others. I would recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

One advantage was that they provided extra trash bags, dish soap, toiletries, and other amenities. Another advantage was that the condo had 2 1/2 bathrooms, which was perfect for our group.

The parking situation on weekends was inadequate, and there were issues with the elevators, which were frequently out of service. the maintenance crew working on the pool area caused noise disturbance early in the morning, and there were some cleanliness issues, such as stained curtains and burrs in the carpet.

The condo itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities provided. I recently stayed at a lovely condo in Gulf Shores for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk across the street to the beach. The furnishings were beautiful, and we had access to carts to help with carrying our belongings. it was a wonderful stay at Sanibel Condominiums.

Spacious rooms, convenient washer/dryer, perfect distance to the beach. Switched to "Toes in the Water" house, which was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the 4BR/3.5Bath house on Little Lagoon. Only complaint: burrs in the carpet. couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Thank you, Wyndham and Kaiser Realty.

The condo was very clean with a perfect location and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking available and the unit even had a half bath. There was plenty of space for the six of us, and we even set up a queen size air mattress in the dining area. It was the best girls trip ever!

Felt extremely welcomed, no complaints at all.
