The facilities were in excellent condition and our room was larger than expected. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist if we had any questions. We also enjoyed the beautiful setting by the lake, perfect for watching fireworks.

The hotel lacked warmth and a personal touch. The lobby felt empty and impersonal, with no one ever there.

The front desk staff and entire team were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who was a wonderful gentleman. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering beautiful views of the lake and town. The food at the hotel was delicious, and I cannot wait to return to this amazing hotel. I would give my whole experience a rating of 11+ stars!

I recently stayed at a waterfront lodge in Saranac and couldn't have been more impressed. The room decor was fantastic, and I especially loved the lack of carpet and the stunning view of the lake. The gathering room downstairs was also a beautiful space to relax and spend time in.

We had an amazing stay at the waterfront lodge! The room was spectacular, one of the best we've ever had. Sitting by the water at sunset was stunning, and the location was perfect with easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was new and modern. The lobby was beautifully decorated with plenty of seating and a great view of the lake and the town. We also enjoyed the pool, although we didn't have a chance to use it. a fantastic experience at the lodge.

The location of this waterfront lodge was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the lake. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The fact that there was a pool and fitness center on-site was a great bonus, allowing guests to relax and stay active during their stay.

There were a few aspects of our experience that were less than ideal. there was a strange smell in the hallway and the ventilation system was quite loud.

The newly renovated Saranac Waterfront Lodge exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Although the location of the hotel was initially a bit deceiving, it turned out to be conveniently located off the main road. Additionally, the price was a bit on the higher side considering the lack of housekeeping, breakfast, and beverage/coffee station in the lobby.

The lobby is spacious and cozy, with plenty of seating around a fireplace to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, offering a nice view of Flower lake. The hotel provides free coffee in the morning, and the pool, jacuzzi, and gym facilities are great. it's a fantastic place for low-budget travelers to stay.
