We had a fantastic stay at Scottish Inn! the room was impeccably clean, even better than larger, newer hotels we've stayed at. the owners and staff were kind and helpful, and the continental breakfast was a thoughtful touch. the location was perfect for visiting the nearby colleges. the room price was fair, and their cancellation policy was flexible. We'll definitely be returning to this Scottish Inn for our future visits to the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near stores and attractions. The rooms are clean and recently renovated, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The owners are friendly and provide good service. Breakfast is available and there is free Wi-Fi and parking. The hotel also has a playground and a screened-in pergola for guests to enjoy.

There was a bit of road noise, but it didn't really bother us.

I recently stayed at Scottish Inns in Potsdam for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was simple, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy and I slept soundly. The bathroom looked brand new, with sparkling white tiles and no signs of mildew. The small fridge and microwave in the room were convenient, and the strong wi-fi made it easy to stay connected. The staff at Scottish Inns were also incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a great stay and would happily return.

The value for the price at this motel was excellent. The rooms were very clean and recently remodeled, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and internet connection. The innkeeper, Mr. Patel, was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for visiting SUNY Canton, and there was a Walmart nearby for any emergency items we needed.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was having more coffee available after 10:00 am.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our room fit our needs, even making adjustments to make it easier for our arthritic guest. the surprise of a walk-in shower was a bonus for us. the cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the mattress was so comfortable that we actually contacted the manufacturer to inquire about purchasing one. the service and sleeping quality were top-notch.

One downside was that we had trouble figuring out how to lower the temperature in the room, so it did feel a bit warm for our liking. Additionally, the breakfast offered was not very impressive and seemed to be leftovers from the previous day.
