We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with doors for the bedroom and a fantastic bathtub. The hotel facilities were great, with refreshments available at the check-in area. The location was perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance and away from the noise of the nightlife. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and made our arrival very easy going.

The location in old town was perfect for shopping and exploring the area, with the nearby mall not far away. We also loved the outdoor space/bar with fire pits and the pool, perfect for the Arizona weather. The doors separating the living and sleeping areas provided a quiet and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and had a fantastic experience. the location was unbeatable as it was right in the center of all the action. I could easily walk to great restaurants and bars or take a quick ride in a golf cart or Uber. The convenience was superb. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and professional. Despite a small hiccup with our reservation, they handled it smoothly and ensured a seamless check-in. The level of service was commendable. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a separate bedroom for extra privacy. The attention to detail, from the phone charging dock to the cleanliness of the rooms, made a big difference. Lastly, the hotel had a great outdoor lounge and bar. It was the perfect spot to watch football games and enjoy delicious food. I was very impressed and can't wait to go back.

I had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in Old Town Scottsdale. the location was perfect - within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Plus, the hotel had easy parking and a beautiful view. the staff at the restaurant were friendly and even remembered me, which was a nice touch.

One downside was that the rooms seemed to be designed for larger people, which made the mattress and bath/shower shape uncomfortable for someone smaller like me. the mattresses were also too soft, resulting in back pain.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of Old Town. It's a short walk to all the restaurants, shops, and art district. Plus, it's very walkable to the canal and the river, which is why we chose to stay here.

The parking fee for rental cars was quite expensive, which made it feel like we were paying a high storage fee. the rooms were average at best, with a musty odor and outdated furnishings.
