The concierge, Phyllis, was amazing and had a wealth of knowledge about the area. She made our stay even more enjoyable with her helpful recommendations and friendly conversations. the room itself was spacious and comfortable for our group of 3-4 people. We felt like we were staying in a home, and everything we needed was available. the parking garage was consistently available, as advertised, although the spaces were a bit small. a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Belltown Court II. the location was perfect for exploring the city's top attractions, and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our group of 3-4 people. We felt right at home with all the amenities provided. One highlight of our stay was the excellent service from Phyllis, the concierge, who had a wealth of knowledge about the area. She made our experience even more enjoyable with her friendly and professional demeanor.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with many tourist attractions and great restaurants within walking distance. It made it very convenient for us to explore and experience the city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a homely feel. We appreciated the fact that it had all the necessary amenities, including a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable.

There were a few things that we didn't quite like. the check-in process was quite confusing and seemed disorganized.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, especially during Christmas time. It added a magical touch to our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The fact that the hotel had a pool, hot tub, sauna, washer and dryer, and a full kitchen was a definite bonus. It made our stay feel like a home away from home.

One major downside was that the room did not have air conditioning. This made it quite uncomfortable, especially at night and in the bathroom.

This place was insanely clean and centrally located with walkability to all the attractions and stores. It had everything you need to feel like you're staying in a home, from the wi-fi to the dryer and cookware. The air conditioning was a relief, and the lift made it easy to get around. The laundry facilities were super convenient, and the fitness center was a nice touch. Plus, the hiking, cycling, fishing, and bowling options nearby were awesome. We even loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and letting the kids play in the children's play area. And if that wasn't enough, the babysitting/child services and indoor swimming pool were total game-changers. our stay here was absolutely fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.
