Tub was broken , wonderful staff and great amenities

Clean rooms , calming environment , broken tub

the pool was cloudy and had repairs needed, and my room was outdated with cracks everywhere. i was expecting a welcome gift or at least some acknowledgment of my presence, yet received nothing. i almost considered giving a good review, but the lack of attention was simply unforgivable.

Rooms are in need of renovation!!! Unpleasant noise from nearby laundry tasks, unreliable WiFi connections, and key cards that frequently fail to work are not ideal for a relaxing stay!!! The aesthetic decor has certainly seen better days!!!

The indoor heated saltwater pool was fantastic, and I loved the spa treatments. The ground floor room was huge and comfy too!

My stay was highlighted by enjoying the bright spa facilities and large saltwater lap pool, though I encountered issues with the inconsistent WiFi and front desk service, which lacked warmth and engagement.

The indoor pool was chilly, and the breakfast was pretty basic—missed out on better options. But the spa treatments were super relaxing, so not all bad!

I encountered significant issues with the room key cards that kept locking me out, forcing me to trek back to the front desk multiple times. The lack of hot water when I needed it most was incredibly disappointing, as my child required a bath after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast was not complimentary, contrary to what I had hoped for, which felt like a missed opportunity for a more enjoyable stay.

Had an awesome group trip here! The place was really nice, with spacious rooms and great amenities like the indoor pool and sauna. We even did some fun activities, like a Boot Camp session and restorative Yoga, which were perfect after our hiking outings. Definitely a relaxing spot to unwind with friends.

We had a minor hiccup when our room key cards kept deactivating, which was kind of annoying.

Had a really nice time at the place. The pool was something else , and I mean, the hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but for the experience, it was still worth it.

Spotlessly clean and impressively attentive service with cozy fireplaces in rooms.

I enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the large saltwater lap pool and spacious yoga studio. The staff at the restaurant were friendly, and I appreciated the convenience of the location for exploring local attractions. However, I noticed the front desk service was not as friendly during my visit. Overall, it was a good experience on my North American road trip with my partner, where we also got to unwind in a spa environment.

Breakfast was awesome, with a fantastic spread of fresh fruit, yogurt, and the best coffee around. The staff were super friendly, especially the server Stephen, who made our dining experience a delight. The pool area was nice, not too crowded, which was perfect for relaxation.
