My stay at SureStay Collection by Best Western was wonderful. I was in town for a quick getaway and stayed for two nights in a charming cottage-style room. the location was perfect, right off the freeway with easy access. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options including sustainably sourced coffee. the kitchen in my room was well-equipped, and the overall cleanliness and quietness of the property made for a relaxing stay.

We had a delightful stay at Sens Suites Livermore. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and the freeway. The rooms were spacious and felt like a home away from home. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were a pleasant surprise, with delicious food and attentive wait staff. Despite the hotel's aging facilities, the staff was polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is right off the freeway and near several easy restaurants. It's also away from the college, so it's quieter. The rooms are comfortable, with a full kitchen and fridge, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is also a nice fireplace in the suite and the AC works great.

The housekeeping could be improved, as there were some cleanliness issues reported by guests, such as mold and stained lampshades.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and hot chocolate that was served all day. the location was perfect for our holiday shopping needs, being close to the mall and other stores.

The furniture in our room was outdated and the blankets were thin and worn. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and the towels provided were rough and scratchy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sens Suites! The fresh apples and oranges in the breakfast bar were a delightful touch. The Rainforest Action Network-approved coffee ensured that our caffeine fix was sustainable and humane. The room's kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including place settings for four, a frying pan, a saucepan, and a colander. The cleanliness of the room and the friendly and helpful housekeeping staff were top-notch. It felt like a home away from home, with spacious rooms that exceeded our expectations. And the cherry on top, they even had a fitness center, pool, and spa for us to enjoy. We can't wait to come back and refer Sens Suites to our friends and family!

The hotel's location right off the freeway made it incredibly convenient for us to travel to Los Positas College. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money we received with the room featuring two bathrooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that offered a variety of options to start our day.

All was satisfactory, nothing stood out as needing improvement.
