absolutely not impressed. the water never got hot, which was just fabulous, and having to chase down coffee supplies, how quaint! i expected a room upgrade for my troubles but, alas, not even a complimentary bottle of water for my exquisite needs. this place might as well be a budget motel. consider yourself warned.

I enjoyed the King Room with a smoke-free environment. The dual shower heads were a highlight. It was convenient to access the casino, and the Bingo event added extra fun. Clean accommodations made for a satisfying trip. I appreciate the vending machines on every floor for snacks.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially how every employee was friendly and eager to help. Everything was kept very clean and modern, making for a comfortable experience. I also loved that there are excellent dining options just a few steps away, like Cafe Grande and Gumbeaux's Oyster & Sports Bar, making it super convenient to grab a meal after a day of exploring.

I had a great time with the beautiful shower and loved the amenities, but the pool should be managed better for adults. I'd definitely come back!

Super comfy room with a fantastic big shower! Plus, the desk service was excellent and made everything easy—just what I needed after a long drive.

Rooms were spacious and clean really liked having a microwave and vending machine on each floor perfect for midnight snacks. The air conditioning was great kept us nice and cool. Plus there was a slide out table for eating.

The shower was amazing, and the hotel was clean. However, it was tough to reach the casino. I'd stay again.
