The staff at this hotel were amazing, especially the bellman Luis. He went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me find my lost ID and taking me to my room. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. The next morning, he even took me to the proper gate at the airport and found someone with a wheelchair for me. I also want to mention the delightful young woman who brought my room service order. She quickly corrected a mistake and was a pleasure to interact with.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The location is perfect as it is just steps away from the airport, which was incredibly convenient for my early morning flight. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast provided a convenient start to my day, especially with the option of transportation to and from the airport.

We got great value for our money at the Sheraton near the airport. The room was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, making us wish we could have stayed longer. The location was super convenient for our early departing flight, and the staff were excellent, especially the friendly front desk agent and the pleasant housekeeping attendant. The hotel was clean and the free shuttle service was always available, which we really appreciated. The linens were clean and had no added fragrance, creating a comfortable sleeping experience. Despite the average food at the restaurant, the staff there were above average and made the dining experience enjoyable. even with the airport hustle, we had a positive experience and would stay at this hotel again if necessary.

The hotel rooms were clean and provided a good night's sleep. Despite its proximity to the airport, the noise level was surprisingly low. Additionally, the parking facilities were convenient and there was a nice pool on the premises.

There were several negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. there was a strict no-dogs policy, which was inconvenient for pet owners.

Sheraton offered the best aspects for my stay right next to the airport. The hotel facilities were clean and cozy, with a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The location was excellent, being adjacent to the airport, making it easy to access. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially the shuttle driver who went above and beyond. Additionally, the discounted parking saved us time and hassle trying to find off-site parking.

This hotel is so close to the airport, you can walk! It's right in the middle of the airport, adjacent to it and very convenient for travelers. The front desk staff is helpful and the rooms are clean. There's a shuttle bus and quick check-in. However, the room is small and the bathroom is not updated, with dim lighting and a tub/shower.

I had an exceptional experience at the Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel. The location was ultra-convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the airport building. The staff was efficient and the rooms were comfortable, making it the ideal start to my trip with an early morning flight. Plus, the hotel offered cheaper parking than other nearby lots, which was a great bonus.

Although there were a few minuses, such as no fridge or microwave in the room and the room lighting being a bit harsh, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.
