Well-maintained pool with a slide, unique tree-covered courtyard, ample self-parking facilities

Desperate need for renovations!!! Outdated furnishings everywhere!!! Slow and unreliable elevators wreaked havoc on my schedule!!! Clogged drains and poor water pressure ruined my bathing experience!!! How about some maintenance responsiveness? !!!

Had a great time with friends here! The private Club Lounge was perfect for hanging out and unwinding after our adventures. We loved the outdoor pool and relaxing hot tub. Also, being close to great hiking spots was a bonus for us. The fitness center and sauna added to the fun. Definitely planning a return visit!

One downside was the wait times for the elevators, which could get a bit frustrating, especially when we were all trying to head out together.

Teena the events planner was a lifesaver for our wedding—with last-minute changes, she totally handled it and the food was tops! The suite was a lekker treat, and the staff were so chill and helpful—made our special day stress-free!

the staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay enjoyable with great service over drinks and food 🍹. plus, i loved that most rooms have balconies overlooking the lovely pool area.

I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service, which made transportation smooth. The breakfast buffet was good, and the friendliness of the staff contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. I also enjoyed spending time at the heated outdoor swimming pool with a water slide.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the rooms tidy. The swimming pool area was nice, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

However, the front desk service could improve its responsiveness. and the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

i had a pleasant stay at the sheraton. the heated outdoor swimming pool was definitely a highlight, especially with the fun water slide. i also appreciated the exceptional housekeeping service—they really went above and beyond to ensure my comfort with extra tissues. the location was great for exploring scenic spots like camelback mountain.

A mild critique would be the lack of electrical outlets at the nightstands. it made charging devices a bit tricky.
