The hotel's decoration and general areas were truly lovely. The lobby had charming, comfortable seating areas by the windows overlooking the river, allowing for a peaceful and scenic place to relax. Accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious elevators and easily navigable public spaces, making it convenient for older guests like myself to move around with ease.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a bit more patience and understanding from the children of the staff. A kinder and more considerate approach from the younger staff members would truly enhance the overall experience for senior guests.

My friends and I had a blast staying at this hotel during our Chicago trip. We were so close to the Riverwalk and could easily catch the Navy Pier fireworks from our room. It was epic!

It would be even cooler if the hotel had a rooftop bar for us to hang out and enjoy the Chicago skyline.

I enjoyed the refined comfort of my stylishly appointed room, with stunning views of the lake and river. The boating experiences at the hotel's doorstep were a delightful surprise, especially the floating bars. Shula's Steak House served delicious seafood and steak.

I just love paying close to $20 for wifi when even small coffee shops offer it for free. So thoughtful of the hotel to charge for something so basic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right on the river with stunning views. It was situated in a vibrant area of downtown, close to all the famous landmarks. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the friendly bell hop to the helpful check-in staff. They even allowed us to store our bags for a couple of days before our arrival, which was a huge convenience. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a cozy sitting area and a well-stocked mini-bar. The amenities provided, such as room service and laundry service, were top-notch. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

Despite all the positive aspects, there were a few minor downsides to our stay. The decor in the room seemed a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

I stayed at the Sheraton for 3 nights while exploring the city. The location was perfect as we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The bellmen, especially Michael, were friendly and helpful. Our room on the 27th floor had a beautiful view of the Chicago River. We even got to enjoy a fireworks display from our room one evening. The overall experience was fantastic.

We had an amazing time at the hotel - beautiful inside and out. The value for our money was great, with an early check-in allowing us to enjoy Lollapalooza without any hassle. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Navy Pier, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. The gym and pool were also great amenities for our family to enjoy. Can't wait to come back again, even for a staycation!

The hotel itself was gorgeous and had a stunning view of the river. It was also conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to see. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Sheraton in a beautiful high-end hotel. The location was perfect and the property was clean and well maintained. The staff, especially the bar staff and doorman Nick, were great and very helpful. And the concierge, Marisa de Felice, was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The best part was being able to check in early and not worry about our luggage while we attended Lollapalooza.

During my transit in Chicago, I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk. The convenient location, just 2.6 km from Ogilvie Transportation Center, made it easy for me to continue my journey seamlessly. The stunning views of the river and downtown Chicago from the large rooms were a highlight, providing a breathtaking backdrop to my brief stay.

While the hotel's amenities were impressive, the absence of a hot tub by the pool was a minor disappointment for my family. It would have been a nice addition to our leisure options during our short stopover.

Perfect location, close to popular tourist spots and easily walkable. the hotel had multiple levels, making it spacious and not crowded. the check-in process was efficient and the staff were friendly and professional.

Due to a strike by hotel workers, some amenities and services were unavailable, including the main restaurant and room service. the noise from the strikers outside was also disturbing.

River views were great and our room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The staff was helpful with our request for an extra blanket, even at late hours. I would recommend this hotel for those visiting the area.
