The hotel's location in the beautiful Poipu area of Kauai is excellent, with a swimming beach just steps away. The service provided by the staff, especially Armando at breakfast, went beyond expectations. Additionally, the rooms in the hotel were well maintained and the basic amenities were satisfactory.

Minor areas for improvement were noted, but overall, everything was alright.

Great ocean views from the rooms and easy access to a beautiful, swimmable beach. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service. Spacious and clean rooms with updated decor. Enjoyed the onsite activities like yoga, ukulele lessons, and lei making.

Limited pool space for the number of guests, making it difficult to find available chairs. Inconsistent and slow wifi connection, which was disappointing for the resort fees paid.

The staff were excellent, cheerful, and helpful. The ocean view was great, with calm and swimmable waters. The breakfast at Lava was of excellent quality, with great service. The hotel is conveniently located near local shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore without a rental car.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Chelsea at the front desk made our experience extra special by providing great local suggestions and arranging a king bed for us. The location was perfect, with a beautiful sandy beach and easy access to restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel staff did an excellent job of correcting any issues with our reservation. We loved watching the stunning sunsets and whale watching from our oceanfront king room.

The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and nice balconies. Housekeeping is prompt and thorough, and the service is friendly. Breakfast is decent, and the hotel amenities are enjoyable.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The beach was absolutely gorgeous, although it did get a bit crowded at times. Staying in an ocean-side room would definitely be worth it for the stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with plenty of chairs to relax and take in the scenery. The pool area restaurant, Lava's, was fantastic. The food selection was great, the wait staff were friendly, and its proximity to the pool and beach made it very convenient.
