Room was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting Woodbury premium outlet and accessing JFK airport. The club lounge floor provided a delicious breakfast, and the coffee machine was excellent. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Stella, the receptionist. She was kind, answered my questions, and made me feel welcomed. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a great view from the 17th floor. the hotel also had a restaurant and bar, and parking was affordable. the staff and service were excellent, making me want to return.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful! The staff, especially Kevin, went above and beyond to make our celebration special. The breakfast served during our conference was delicious. The bar had great drinks and the dinner was delicious, especially the bacon cheeseburger. The bartenders were friendly and made our drinks perfectly.

The pool being open and the glass elevator to the parking lot are convenient features. The rooms are clean and spacious with mini fridge and coffee maker. The location is central and the breakfast included with the room is enjoyable. There is a beautiful garden on site and the pet-friendly policy is a bonus.

Our room was large and comfortable, with stunning views of the mountains and a peaceful ambiance. The location is central, making it convenient to explore the Hudson Valley or take the train into the city. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and appetizers, which included delicious blintzes and well-cooked bacon/sausages. my first experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning.

The room refrigerator had leftover food from the previous guest and some spilled orange juice. the indoor pool was excessively hot, making it uncomfortable to swim, but the jacuzzi provided some relief.

While breakfast is not complimentary, the hotel offers a great breakfast buffet, and the view of the Ramapo Valley is breathtaking.
