Room was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting Woodbury premium outlet and accessing JFK airport. The club lounge floor provided a delicious breakfast, and the coffee machine was excellent. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The pool being open and the glass elevator to the parking lot are convenient features. The rooms are clean and spacious with mini fridge and coffee maker. The location is central and the breakfast included with the room is enjoyable. There is a beautiful garden on site and the pet-friendly policy is a bonus.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Mahwah for a weekend getaway. The hotel is beautifully renovated with a modern and clean interior. Our room was large and comfortable, with stunning views of the mountains and a peaceful ambiance. The location is central, making it convenient to explore the Hudson Valley or take the train into the city. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and appetizers, which included delicious blintzes and well-cooked bacon/sausages. my first experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning.

The rooms have large windows with beautiful views. The staff goes above and beyond. Good location for exploring the Hudson Valley or heading into the city. Clean and modern interior. Another great option for staying in the area.

The rooms were stunning and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. the gym was fantastic, and the lobby was clean and comfortable. the property had hiking trails and a beautiful stream, which made for a great family adventure. the family function we attended in the immaculately appointed ballroom was a memorable experience, and the food and wait staff were extraordinary. highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful rooms, friendly staff, fantastic gym, and stunning location.

The room refrigerator had leftover food from the previous guest and some spilled orange juice. the indoor pool was excessively hot, making it uncomfortable to swim, but the jacuzzi provided some relief.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the Mahwah area. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the great location near the turnpike. Secondly, the staff were very attentive to detail. They provided us with rooms that included champagne and chocolates, which made our stay extra special. Lastly, the basic amenities were top-notch, including a microwave in the room. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved the breathtaking scenery at this hotel. the waterfalls, fountains, and well, maintained gardens provided such a picturesque setting. Additionally, the rooms were simply amazing. With large windows and blinds that cover the entire area, the views were truly stunning. It felt like being on top of the world, especially with the sunrise and sunset right off the horizon. And as a bonus, I even got to enjoy free Showtime! Another great aspect was that this hotel is pet, friendly, so I was able to bring my dog along. the king, size deluxe room was perfect for us, and my furry friend even slept peacefully like a baby!

One downside of my stay was the way I was treated by the front desk staff. I specifically booked a room with a microwave, but when I arrived, there was none.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, which made it easy to access. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the lobby and restaurant area, were well maintained and updated. Parking was plentiful and we had no trouble finding a spot. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The value for the money was excellent, the room was clean and updated, and the location was convenient, close to the highway and various attractions. The staff at the hotel, especially Maureen at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.
