Room was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting Woodbury premium outlet and accessing JFK airport. The club lounge floor provided a delicious breakfast, and the coffee machine was excellent. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The pool being open and the glass elevator to the parking lot are convenient features. The rooms are clean and spacious with mini fridge and coffee maker. The location is central and the breakfast included with the room is enjoyable. There is a beautiful garden on site and the pet-friendly policy is a bonus.

Recently renovated with modern and clean interiors. Spacious rooms with peaceful atmosphere and beautiful mountain views. Convenient location near major road and train station. Option of Homewood Suites is a pleasant surprise. Definitely coming back.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Mahwah. The room was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the delicious burgers at the hotel's bar. The staff, especially Ade at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, which made it easy to access. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the lobby and restaurant area, were well maintained and updated. Parking was plentiful and we had no trouble finding a spot. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The value for the money was excellent, the room was clean and updated, and the location was convenient, close to the highway and various attractions. The staff at the hotel, especially Maureen at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.
