The water in the jacuzzi was perfectly balanced and did not cause a rash. The location was great with a beautiful nearby park, although the bar menu was just ok. Otherwise, the Sheraton delivered a clean room with a comfortable bed. Overall I recommend this hotel.

We book a room here with our kids, eager to attend Cubs Spring training across the parking lot. The location is ideal, right next to the field and close to nearby stores. There are plenty of restaurant options within a mile or two. The staff is friendly and the rooms are quite spacious with all the necessary amenities. The pool and spa area are pretty nice to relax.

The surrounding park with its lake and water fountain added to the pleasant atmosphere. Our room was spacious and the king bed was incredibly comfortable, especially with the Sheraton pillows. We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the heated pool, lounging on the sun loungers, and soaking up the sun under the beach umbrellas. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious meals and refreshing drinks.
