Comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice rooms, convenient location.

Nothing to complain about at all.

We arrived at this place on a lovely Sunday afternoon. The lady at the desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. She gave us all the information we needed and even upgraded our room. To our surprise, she also gave us vouchers for free appetizers and breakfast at the bar. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and she even wished us a happy anniversary! The location of this venue was perfect for us. Away from the busyness of downtown, yet still easily accessible to many places. We particularly enjoyed the inside access to the Global Market during our winter trip. The restaurants and small shops there were wonderful. The hotel itself is quite handsome and comfortable, with a charmingly old-fashioned feel with its leather and wood decor. The food was delicious, and we especially loved spending time on the outdoor patio next to the Greenway. The front desk associates were always helpful, and the bartender who served us the first night was incredibly accommodating, going out of his way to make our drinks just how we liked them. the location, service, and amenities made our stay here absolutely delightful.

The location was ideal for us, providing easy access to downtown without the density. We appreciated the inside access to the Global Market and enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is charming with its slightly old-fashioned feel, featuring leather and wood accents. The convenience and comfort of our stay made it a pleasure.

While we didn't find it to be a major issue, we would have liked to have a fridge and microwave in our room. Additionally, we sometimes had difficulty finding the front desk staff, and the bar closed half an hour early.

The hotel is conveniently located in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, but it is close to a major bike only artery and within walking distance of many small restaurants where you can grab a quick bite. It is also outside of the downtown area, offering a more relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable with a slightly old-fashioned feel, featuring leather and wood accents. Guests have access to the Global Market, where they can enjoy a variety of dining options. There is also a 4th-floor snack, beverage, and breakfast area available.

The hotel has some issues with cleanliness, as one guest mentioned that their room was not made up.

I really loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, especially in a neighborhood where I was warned to be careful. The fact that it was in a very shady area of town, but also close to a major bike-only artery was great. I really appreciated that it was right next to global market, which had eclectic food and bike rentals. The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. Additionally, the air conditioning and television in the room were superb, and the dining restaurant was fantastic.

I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the helpful front desk staff and their knowledge of accessible amenities. The Club level provided snacks and beverages all day, and the clean rooms were a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for us, with a free shuttle to Midtown and attractions nearby.

I felt very cared for during my stay, with the staff always willing to assist and make sure everything was to my liking.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. They made our room available early, assisted us with planning our day, and promptly addressed any concerns we had. The common areas were comfortable and had nice amenities. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a hospital and offers a shuttle service, making it easy for guests with medical appointments. the service and location were the best aspects of our stay.

The facilities at the hotel were a bit older and showed some wear and tear. However, they were still kept very clean.
