My stay on the 31st floor was marred by the lack of sound insulation, allowing for significant noise transfer from adjacent rooms. I experienced issues with the valet service, leading to an uncomfortable encounter upon check-in, which detracted from the overall experience.

Great location for exploring Seattle's tourist sites and shopping areas. Walking distance to Safeco Field, Pike's Place Market, and the monorail station to the Space Needle. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient, providing valuable money-saving tips and handling the high volume of guests with courtesy. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and ready for check-in even on arrival in the morning.

This hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city! It's so close to everything - you can easily walk to local attractions and even the water. Plus, it's incredibly convenient being located near the light rail station from the airport and Safeco field. The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring a top-notch service experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean with many facilities such as a great breakfast and an amazing view. a great stay in a very central location.

There were a few inconsistencies in the quality of the room, specifically in the towels which were a bit thin, but this doesn't detract from the overall experience.
