I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Tucson for a weekend getaway. The location was excellent, with a wide variety of great restaurants and retail stores nearby. I really liked the layout of the suite, with a separate bedroom and a sofa/desk in the other room. The comfort of the room and bed was top-notch. I also had a fantastic experience with the staff at the restaurant.

Rooms are modern and clean, with quality toiletries and complimentary water. Staff at the front desk are courteous and helpful. Gas heaters on the outdoor seating area are effective. Amenities include washing machine, tumble dryer, vending machines and fire pit style heaters. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room and bed were comfortable and the staff in the restaurant were wonderful.

The property and location were disappointing, with only one elevator working and a broken washer/dryer. the internet was poor and we were charged extra when it kept dropping.

The front desk and breakfast buffet staff were excellent. The executive suite had a super and convenient working area, along with top-quality TVs. The heated pool, hot tub, and giant fire pits were a hit, especially with the kids. The rooms were comfortable, with cozy pillows and spacious suites. Ordering breakfast the night before and having it delivered to our door was a nice touch. The late check-out time of noon was a welcome bonus.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The value for money is unbeatable. The attention to detail is impeccable. The location is perfect, situated on a boulevard with many shops and there is even a Thai restaurant nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were great, including the rooms which had a functioning AC system. Plus, breakfast was included!

We had a great time at the Sheraton with our kids! They loved roasting s'mores in the fire pit and swimming in the heated pool. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate living area. we recommend this hotel for families.

The noise from ambulances and helicopters at night was a slight drawback.

This hotel is located in a great area near many shops and a tasty Thai restaurant. The pool area is sunken in the center, which provides a unique atmosphere to relax and unwind. It's a great location to attend an event and explore the city. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, but housekeeping was inconsistent. The bathroom could use some attention as it was slippery when wet, and the towels were quite small. Breakfast was decent with some nice options.

The hotel is in dire need of refreshing, and the surrounding neighborhood is not the safest.

The room was updated and modern, with four sections including a lounge area, bathroom, wash basin area, and bedroom. It was clean and had nice fittings, and we appreciated the complimentary water and toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable and warm, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a restaurant with delicious food served quickly. We also loved the unique gas heaters in the outdoor seating area, which were both novel and effective. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance. the hotel staff, modern rooms, comfortable bed, and great facilities made our stay here truly enjoyable.
