The balcony in my room had a fantastic view of the ocean. The location of the hotel was also great as it was right on the boardwalk. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. The drinks at the outdoor fountain adult lounge were great. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the beautiful ocean right outside my window. The sound of the crashing waves was so relaxing and it really enhanced my stay.

This hotel has a long history and it's clear why. The staff, especially Courtney Bethel, Guest Services Manager, went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great AC and cozy bedding. The towels were fluffy and luxurious, a nice touch for a beachfront hotel. The location right on the boardwalk, just steps from the beach, was unbeatable.

Elevator a bit small and busy, but manageable.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated on the Boardwalk, making it convenient for strolling along the beach and enjoying the beautiful ocean views. In addition, the hotel is close to various restaurants, providing plenty of dining options for guests. Guests can choose to sit at tables in the restaurants, allowing them to enjoy their meals in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

There were plumbing issues in some of the rooms, with sinks that didn't drain properly and toilets that didn't flush properly.

The hotel staff were really nice and helpful, answering all our confusing questions. The rooms were well put together and spotless, with fresh linen. The location was near many good restaurants, with more activities just a short walk away. The balcony had multiple locks, providing an added sense of security.

The hotel had a great location right by the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful Easter weather. Another plus was the parking garage, which provided convenient and secure parking for guests. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, doing their best to assist with any problems we had during our stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. The elevators were slow, loud, and could use some cleaning.

Our family recently stayed at Sheraton in Virginia Beach for a week-long vacation. The location was fantastic, with direct beach access right outside the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious enough for our family and all their belongings. One major highlight was the delicious breakfast that was included with our room. Not only did they offer gluten-free options for my daughter and me, but the sit-down service was a refreshing change from the usual buffet breakfast. a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the Sheraton's off-beach location and the wonderful oceanfront view. The hotel offered two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, which we found convenient. As vegetarians, we were pleased to discover that the fusion restaurant was incredibly gluten allergy-friendly, providing us with plenty of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Virginia Beach for a weekend getaway. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the beach, offering stunning ocean views. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, allowing me to bring my furry friend along. The fact that all rooms are pet-friendly and offer an ocean view was a huge plus.
