The staff at the front desk and the shuttle bus driver were incredibly kind and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and even went out of their way to make our puppy feel welcome. Bringing our furry friend along was easy and the deposit was fully refunded. The junior suite was spacious with two sinks, and the dinner at Damon's was delicious.

The Sheraton in West Des Moines exceeded my expectations as a budget traveler. The Waterfall Grille Restaurant & Lounge offered a delicious dinner, and the indoor pool was a great option on a rainy day. The ninth-floor room had a stunning view and was highly comfortable.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The junior suite we stayed in was huge and had two sinks, which was convenient. Plus, our room was conveniently located right next to the ice machine. The dinner we had at Damon's inside the hotel was delicious. The chicken I ordered was cooked perfectly, and the side salad with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies was a great accompaniment. we had a fantastic experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The lobby was beautifully designed and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The banquet rooms were perfect for the event I attended, and the food served was absolutely delicious. The hotel also provides basic amenities in the rooms, including two queen beds and even a Jacuzzi. The breakfast options were satisfying and added to the overall value of my stay.

Dinner at Damon's was great with tasty chicken and sides. a wonderful stay at Sheraton with a fantastic view, delicious dining options, and enjoyable amenities.
