We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect, right by the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Krista at check-in. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony and a stunning ocean view. The pool area was fantastic, with attentive service from NaNa. The hotel itself had a high standard and we loved the on-site restaurants. The guest relations manager, Rio, was also very nice and helpful. We even got to use bikes to explore the area. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time here! The location of this place is perfect, just a stone's throw away from South Beach, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The hotel had two stunning pools and a private beach area, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautiful and clean, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the amenities were top-notch, including room service, car hire, and 24-hour concierge. We couldn't have asked for more!

The only downside we experienced was a lack of towels at the pool for about two hours, but that was quickly resolved. Aside from that, we had no complaints.

The highlight was the one-of-a-kind bathroom and shower, truly a unique experience. The resort fee was worth it for the bicycles, allowing me to take a scenic bike ride along the beach walk. The restaurant served delicious meals and the overall cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. it was an amazing experience at the Shore Club.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in the trendy fashion district, just a short 15-minute walk from the city centre. The location was perfect, with plenty of nice bars and restaurants around. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The staff, especially Bob, the host, was friendly and made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable and relaxed. a fantastic experience.

We stayed in a hotel that was located steps away from the beach, which was really convenient for our 4 day getaway. The room was great and had everything we needed, including a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and Christopher Ortiz went out of his way to ensure our needs were met. Brunch was also a great perk, and the pool was incredibly beautiful.

The pool staff could have been better trained in handling customers and their drinks, and this detracted from the overall experience.

We were on our honeymoon and Shore Club South Beach upgraded us to an enormous suite with three separate rooms. It was amazing! the staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. the hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful minimalist renovations that exposed the original concrete in strategic spots. Everything was always spotless, including the huge pool. the food at the hotel was surprisingly excellent, with a great menu to choose from.

I recently stayed at Shore Club in South Beach for a night and had a fantastic experience. As a big fan of the Morgan brand, I was thrilled when I got an impromptu upgrade to a suite with a view of SoBe. The staff, especially Sophia at the front desk, Kevin and his team on the beach, and Alain the concierge, were all excellent. The bar food was great, and we received exceptional service from the Spanish waitress and a guy named Terrain. The location was ideal, and overall the hotel had a very high standard.

The pool area was a great place to relax during the day. Even though it closed early, I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the attentive waitstaff who always made sure I had everything I needed. Plus, the free bike rentals were a great touch to explore the area. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
