The room at Shoreline Inn & Conference Center, Ascend Hotel Collection, had a fantastic view of the bay and also the city, which was spacious and very nice, way better than I expected for this hotel chain affiliation. The on-site restaurant, Lake Effect Bistro, offered diverse dining options, making it convenient to have a meal without leaving the hotel.

The waterfront restaurant next to the hotel offers superb staff, food, and atmosphere. The hotel provides comfortable beds and a balcony with a beautiful harbor view.

The location on the harbor amidst beautiful grounds was breathtaking. The service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived with a warming welcome drink. The amenities provided in the room were perfect, and we appreciated the free toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, and refrigerator. The leisure facilities were amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and we enjoyed spending time lounging by the sun loungers in the saltwater pool area.

Our stay was fantastic and we would recommend this place to our family and friends without hesitation.

This hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of many popular attractions, including the bike trail which runs right past it, as well as the Farmers Market. The location is close to Lake Michigan, making it an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, making it an enjoyable stay.

There is only one ice machine, which can be difficult if your room is located on a higher floor.

The hotel put on an amazing firework display for the 4th of July. Convenient to have everything we needed right on the premises.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away in downtown and right on the waterfront. The beautiful hotel lobby had a historic feel, and our spacious room had a balcony with a stunning view of the marina and lake. The mini kitchenette with a full-size fridge was a convenient feature. The hotel also had a nice pool and hot tub, a restaurant, bar, and mini store. The staff was friendly and took great care of us. we had a perfect staycation experience with everything we needed right at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Shoreline Inn & Conference Center! The location was perfect, with stunning views of Lake Muskegon and a charming marina. The outdoor pool was a great place to relax and cool off, and the on-site Grille offered delicious food and live music. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I also enjoyed exploring the area using the ship-finding app on the iPad. Can't wait to come back!

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the marina and a nearby restaurant. We enjoyed being able to dine outdoors and the wine menu at the restaurant was fantastic. the room was also very nice and clean, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. the food at the buffet was excellent, especially the breakfast. We also appreciated the convenience of the neighboring Lake House property.

We were disappointed to find that we did not receive vouchers for breakfast, even though we saw others receive them. It would have been a nice touch to have them included with our room rate.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and beautiful waterfront views at Shoreline Inn. The mini kitchenette and full-size fridge were perfect for our needs. The hotel staff was friendly and took great care of us. The 24-hour store in the lobby was convenient for any last-minute needs.

The close proximity to downtown and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the hotel's location on the water and the great food and drinks at the on-site restaurants.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location on the harbor is absolutely stunning - I couldn't get enough of the beautiful views.
