Rooms were spacious and clean. Carpets were spotless and pet-friendly. Nice details inside and out. Valet staff was fantastic. Well-maintained outdoor pet areas.

During our stay, we were delighted with the beautiful room we were upgraded to and the cozy sitting area that provided a nice view of the river. The staff at the dining outlets here were great, especially at Johnny Rockets where we enjoyed a tasty meal. The service provided by the hotel, as well as the housekeeping and dry cleaning, ensured that our stay here was comfortable and stress-free. In addition to its wonderful location in the downtown area, this venue also provides guests with a great selection of amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor pool, live entertainment, games.

This place comes highly recommended for everyone looking for luxurious and quality service.

The restaurant and bar at Renaissance were exceptional. The food quality exceeded expectations and the prices were reasonable. The atmosphere, overlooking the river, added to the overall experience. Don't miss the 6pm Bar Event. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Reno for a weekend getaway. The breakfast and on-site restaurant were absolutely amazing, with locally grown food that was the best I've ever had. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and they even had a brochure on where to purchase it. The staff was kind and made me feel like family. The addition of bocce ball was a fun activity for the whole family. The facilities were clean and smelled delightful.

The in-room safe and keycard-operated elevator were innovative and secure. The Johnny Rockets restaurant was a great spot for a meal, and the staff there were superb. I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions but not too busy. We felt safe walking around and it was nice to be right next to the Truckee River. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were excellent, especially the king suite that we were upgraded to. It was one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in at a hotel. The amenities provided were also top-notch, from the on-site spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool. The service was impeccable and the staff made us feel very welcome. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for me - it was within walking distance of all the main attractions, but not right in the mist of everything, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the beds were incredibly soft. I also loved the view from my room, overlooking the beautiful Truckee River. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely pool and hot tub, both maintained at the perfect temperature, even on cooler days.

This place is perfect for families and I highly recommend it.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the hotel lacked proper soundproofing, causing disturbances from the nearby gym and other guests.

When I travel, I'm always looking for a hotel close to good restaurants. This hotel fits the bill perfectly as it's within walking distance of tons of restaurants! The hotel is situated right off the main drag of casinos and by the river, making for a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom and an incredible shower head. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

I did notice that there were only two bath towels in the bathroom, which was fewer than I needed.

My favorite part was enjoying coffee on the patio overlooking the Truckee River in the morning and having a nightcap in the excellent bar. The location was great, with a coffee shop in the lobby and walking distance to outdoor art and restaurants. The hotel also had well-maintained outdoor pet areas, perfect for my two small dogs. The valet staff was fantastic and made it the nicest visit I've had while traveling with my pets.
