I recently stayed at a hotel in Reno for a weekend getaway. The breakfast and on-site restaurant were absolutely amazing, with locally grown food that was the best I've ever had. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and they even had a brochure on where to purchase it. The staff was kind and made me feel like family. The addition of bocce ball was a fun activity for the whole family. The facilities were clean and smelled delightful.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions but not too busy. We felt safe walking around and it was nice to be right next to the Truckee River. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were excellent, especially the king suite that we were upgraded to. It was one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in at a hotel. The amenities provided were also top-notch, from the on-site spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool. The service was impeccable and the staff made us feel very welcome. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for me - it was within walking distance of all the main attractions, but not right in the mist of everything, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the beds were incredibly soft. I also loved the view from my room, overlooking the beautiful Truckee River. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely pool and hot tub, both maintained at the perfect temperature, even on cooler days.

The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area, ironing facilities, and even a patio with garden furniture. I also appreciated the range of services available such as room service, dry cleaning, and wake-up calls. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel had a beautiful design and the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. My favorite part was enjoying coffee on the patio overlooking the Truckee River in the morning and having a nightcap in the excellent bar. The location was great, with a coffee shop in the lobby and walking distance to outdoor art and restaurants. The hotel also had well-maintained outdoor pet areas, perfect for my two small dogs. The valet staff was fantastic and made it the nicest visit I've had while traveling with my pets.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for my family; it was off the main downtown casino strip but still close enough to all the action. Plus, it was right next to some pretty questionable apartments, so we didn't really feel safe walking around. However, the hotel itself was a bit beaten down, but it still had a certain charm to it. The service was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and they even bought us numerous items we requested. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay.

During our stay, we were delighted with the beautiful room we were upgraded to and the cozy sitting area that provided a nice view of the river. The staff at the dining outlets here were great, especially at Johnny Rockets where we enjoyed a tasty meal. The service provided by the hotel, as well as the housekeeping and dry cleaning, ensured that our stay here was comfortable and stress-free. In addition to its wonderful location in the downtown area, this venue also provides guests with a great selection of amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor pool, live entertainment, games.
