The location of the bungalows was perfect, with beautiful views and a less crowded area. the staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Plus, having internet and a flat screen TV in the room was a nice bonus.

Although the bungalows had a lovely old Florida charm, there were a few drawbacks. the kitchen was poorly stocked and lacked basic utensils and space.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, nestled among palm trees and directly on the ocean, offering a peaceful retreat. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen and a pull-out sofa bed. The staff, particularly Jackie and Christina, were friendly and provided excellent service.

One of the things we loved about this hotel was its location directly on the lagoon. We had a room with a full kitchen and it was so convenient to be able to cook our own meals. The staff were also really friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Another great aspect was the value for money - we felt like we got a lot for what we paid.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with clean towels daily. The free bikes and kayaks were a great bonus, allowing us to explore the quiet lagoon. it was a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is great, right on the water which made for a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The rooms were cozy and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a patio to enjoy the scenic view. I also enjoyed the free wi-fi in my room as well as the flat-screen TV. The outdoor dining area was a nice bonus and I appreciated the option to cook my own meals in the kitchen with all the necessary cookware and utensils.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable stay.

This place has everything for a perfect weekend getaway. The location is ideal, tucked away yet close to turtle beach. The trolley is a great way to get around. The staff is helpful, polite, and friendly. The bungalows are clean, sparkling, and comfortable. The pool is perfect and the lagoon offers kayaking and fishing. Morning coffee on the dock is the best.

The location of this hotel is in a very pretty setting on the quiet end of the island, directly on Heron lagoon. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice heated pool and free bikes and kayaks to use. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, especially Jackie, who was super sweet and helped us out when we made a mistake with our booking. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive.
