As youngsters, we loved the friendly and efficient staff at The Signature. The suite room was comfortable and had all the utensils, plates, silverware, and cooking supplies we needed. No need to pack those things if staying a few days.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The decor was lovely, the staff was polite, and everything was spotlessly clean. The suite had all the amenities I needed and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the MGM Grand and other casinos. The view from the balcony and windows was incredible, especially at night. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel itself had a beautiful theme and each tower had a unique feel to it. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, with a good amount of crockery and cooking equipment. The pool areas were excellent and not too busy, even for the time of year. The location was superb, close to everything and with a wonderful view of the skyline of Las Vegas. The staff were very friendly and the hotel facilities were great, including free valet and bell services.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Signature! The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the MGM and the strip. The rooms were spectacular, offering privacy and comfort for our celebration. The suites were especially impressive, and our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Felt right at home, nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at Signature for 5 days and loved every minute. Our 2-bedroom penthouse had amazing views of the MGM pools and airport from the balcony. The spaciousness was great, and the extra windows gave us a unique experience. The staff was quick to respond to any issues, and the privately owned condos were well-equipped and clean. The pool areas were fantastic and not too crowded. Valet parking was a bonus, and the location was perfect for easy access to the strip and MGM Grand.

Best aspects of my stay were the incredible view of the mountains and the sunset/sunrise over the ridge from the top floor suite. the friendly staff made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist. Another advantage was the convenient access to all the food options within the hotel/resort/casino.

Worst aspects were the limited valet parking available, which resulted in having to park in a distant self-parking lot and walk all the way to my room through the casino. This was especially frustrating when arriving late at night and just wanting to go to bed.

We got great value for our money at Signature Rental By Owner Direct. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had amazing views. The location was ideal, with easy access to MGM Grand Casino. The staff treated us very well and made us feel welcomed.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a luxurious touch and provided much-needed relaxation. The housekeeping team was efficient and trustworthy - we felt at ease leaving our valuables in the room. The kitchenette was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to the MGM Grand and its restaurants, as well as the Monorail station. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a bustling day in Vegas. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We definitely got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room that felt just like home. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the strip and with convenient access to the MGM Grand. The staff treated us amazingly, from the valet service to the helpful gals at the rental management company.
