As guests with children, we absolutely loved the complimentary shuttle service to Microsoft offices. It made getting our daughter to her internship program safe and convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel had an excellent business center and fitness center.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the variety of options available for breakfast. From the fresh fruit to the veggie breakfast burrito, there was something for everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of. Additionally, the hotel's location close to great food places and restaurants made it convenient to explore the city's dining options.

Great amenities for families! The pool with a comfortable seating area was perfect for watching over my kids while they had fun. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing activities and restaurants, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend staying here!

During my recent stay at Silver Cloud, I was delighted to discover their delicious breakfast options, especially the flavorful mini veggie burritos. The variety of choices, from different meats to fruits and cereals, truly satisfied my taste buds. I also appreciated their commitment to sustainability by providing silverware and china instead of disposable plastic. Additionally, the comfy and clean room with a lovely view of the trees made my stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location, with Indian restaurants nearby and a shuttle service for up to 5 miles, added to the overall convenience.

Although I had a great experience overall, the wi-fi was a bit touchy, disconnecting me at times and making it difficult to reconnect promptly. Another minor inconvenience was the absence of a small store on the property, which I usually rely on for late-night snacks or forgotten items.

The Jacuzzi room was nice, with an opening window. Front desk was very friendly. Free parking is a plus.

As women travelling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's location provided easy access to freeways and a variety of dining options.

I had a great stay here! the location of this hotel is fantastic, right across from a large plaza which made it convenient for shopping and dining. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the room I stayed in was equipped with a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub, making it a truly cozy and relaxing experience. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast was included? great value for money!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus terminal and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The breakfast options were great, with plenty of hot and cold items to choose from. The indoor pool was also a nice bonus, and we enjoyed spending time there during our stay. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

We did experience some noise from other guests during our stay, which was a slight downside. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

Superbly clean and comfy rooms, including spa bath. Free laundry and a sparkling indoor pool with relaxing patio furniture. Friendly staff always at the front desk. Great location for public transport and a variety of dining options nearby. Free breakfast with make your own waffle bar, eggs, sausages, and hash browns, yogurt, and pastries; a hit with everyone!

the pool and outdoor area were amazing, with great seating and a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, even going above and beyond to bring us a spoon for our yogurt. Breakfast was delicious and they provide a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Five-star service all around!

Shuttle service was limited and not available on weekends.
