We had a great stay at the resort! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The view of the lake from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We loved being able to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore and indulge in all the lake activities. The price we paid was definitely reasonable compared to the value we received. our experience at Skylark Shores Resort was wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

We stayed at a beautiful resort on the lake for 4 nights during our road trip. The resort was exceptionally well kept with a pretty park and direct access to the lake. The spacious room had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and effective air conditioning. The staff was attentive and quickly resolved any issues, such as internet connection. This was the cleanest and best cared for place we stayed at during our trip.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience! Loved the beautiful location and the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel was fully booked but it didn't feel crowded at all. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to do some bass fishing. Caught 13 fish in just a few hours, with the biggest one weighing in at 4-5 pounds. Can't wait to come back during the cooler months to try again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

While the location was great and the rooms were clean, there were a few downsides. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing and my room didn't have a nearby outdoor area to sit and relax.

Loved the lakefront location, perfect for a romantic escape. the well, maintained grounds with spacious areas to relax and enjoy the serene lake views were a definite highlight. the character and historic style of the property added a unique charm to our stay. the room itself had a cozy, camp, out feel and offered a gorgeous view of the lake. We also appreciated the modern amenities like flat, screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator.

The attitude of the staff at check, in was disappointing. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortably hard and the air conditioner placement made the front of the room very hot.

The rooms were spacious and had a beautiful view of the lake. They had two queen beds, which was perfect for our group. We also had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. the surroundings were well kept and there was a small pool on site. the location was great, as it was close to restaurants and shops.

The WiFi was not the best and the towels were old and thin. the room was a bit small and there were few outlets, which made it difficult to charge our devices.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, right on the lake with a dock. It was perfect for fishing and families. The hotel was well-maintained and clean. The lake views were stunning. I loved having a kitchen in my room, and the bbq on the back patio was a great addition. The hotel grounds were quiet and peaceful. The pool was nice and there were plenty of outdoor games to keep my kids entertained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. a great hotel experience.

This property is massive with approximately 5 acres of land. The lodge rooms offer great lake views and spacious interiors, while the pool and large lawns provide perfect recreational opportunities. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient with restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for families and fishing trips.

Our stay at Skylark Shores Resort was fantastic! We arrived without a reservation and were warmly welcomed by Steve, who provided us with a lovely lakefront room. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the lake views were absolutely incredible. Steve was extremely helpful and gave us great tips for dining and sightseeing. We also enjoyed the fantastic café for breakfast, and the sunrise over the lake was breathtaking. The resort has a great pool and a lovely setting.
