We had a fantastic city getaway and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and sights of the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.

One downside was that the bathroom sink had a burned-out bulb, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, we were disappointed to discover an unexpected service charge on our bill at check-out.
