I recently stayed at a hotel in Big Spring for three nights during a road trip. the staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast area was clean and well-organized, offering a delicious hot buffet. They quickly resolved any issues, like fixing the TV and assisting with cord complications. Despite being close to the highway, the room was quiet and comfortable. the location was convenient for our needs, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Quick and easy check-in, got a spacious, clean, comfy room on the ground floor. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location is convenient near the highway but quiet. the staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice. I had the best sleep on the cozy bed and got friendly service even at 2 am for some itch relief—real vacation vibes!

One pouch of caffeinated coffee and nearly empty tissue box could be easily improved. Hopefully, the pool will be available soon for my daughter's enjoyment.

Pros I was excited for the pool, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. However, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfast options were satisfactory. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
