The bed was incredibly comfortable, easily the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. the continental breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. the location was perfect, close to key attractions and amenities, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The pool was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. the water was very cold, despite being indoors, and the pool room itself was uncomfortably warm.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was exceptional, helping us with transportation to a festival and even calling us to ensure our room was satisfactory. The hotel was extremely clean, including our room and the bathroom, which was spacious. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in at a hotel. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the hotel had a nice selection of sundries. The hotel's location close to the historic downtown area and forum was convenient for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and incredibly comfortable - the beds alone made it worth the stay! The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the staff recommended a great diner for a late breakfast. I also appreciated the fact that housekeeping didn't disturb us while we were still in the room.

The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable and didn't work at all during my stay. the TV had issues as well, as it wouldn't change channels and would turn off if you tried more than once.

The hotel was located close to historic downtown and stores, which was convenient for exploring the area. The room and bathroom were clean, but the noise from the street outside was quite disruptive throughout the night. The staff was friendly, but the breakfast selection was limited. However, there was coffee available in the lobby. the facilities were adequate for a budget stay.

The parking lot was quite small, which made it difficult to find a spot during peak hours.

For the price, we got excellent value with a spacious and comfortable room, along with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located in town, making it easy to get around.

As for the hotel breakfast, it would have been even better with a greater variety of options.

Our 9-day trip was made all the more enjoyable by our stay at Best Western. The wheelchair accessible room and shower, along with the pool with a lift, met our specific needs. The grab and go breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. The continental breakfast exceeded expectations and the room was very comfortable. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond, assisting us with transportation and even called to check on our satisfaction with the room. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the shower head was amazing!
