I had a great stay at this charming Forest House in the Catskills. The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The homemade breakfasts and German-influenced meals were delicious, and the clean pool and game rooms provided plenty of entertainment. The close proximity to hiking trails was a great bonus, allowing me to explore the stunning surroundings. I had a wonderful time at this hotel.

Additionally, the location was ideal, nestled in the heart of the Catskills and close to top hiking trails in the area. It was the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts like myself.

I highly recommend this inn. Would stay there again. We were in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations and our hosts Ralph and Claudia. It's a homey stay, comfortable, and the price was right too. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and generous. It's a great place for a private getaway or a family vacation. And they offer wedding plans too.

I'll start by saying that our stay at Slide Mountain Forest House was definitely worth the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for a peaceful and secluded getaway. The staff treated us with kindness and were very helpful throughout our stay.

Had an amazing New Year's Eve weekend with friends in the Catskills! the complimentary breakfasts were a lifesaver and delicious. the location was perfect for skiing and hiking, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants for dinners. Best of all was the cozy fireplace in our room, which made for a perfect ending to our adventurous days.

The decor was a bit outdated and not the most appealing. the staff was not very attentive and we often had to wait for assistance.
