The staff was welcoming and quick to assist. we faced long check-in times and limited dining options, which could be improved for a better experience.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and well-kept.

The elevators were a nightmare! I waited forever just to get up or down, and being next to them was so loud. Plus, the stairs were off-limits unless someone unlocked them—seriously? What if there was a fire? So unsafe!

The Marra Tower room was spacious, featuring a large, comfortable bed and a good walk-in shower. Cleanliness was satisfactory, and I appreciated the temperature control. the lack of a coffee maker or fridge was disappointing, as we had to seek out beverages elsewhere. Noise levels were manageable, though the casino below was noticeably smoky. The closure of the pools on warm summer nights felt premature. housekeeping was inconsistent; we struggled to get fresh towels and had to wait for service. the room was decent but had several areas needing improvement for a better experience.

Great location at the end of the strip, easy access to monorail and plenty of free parking. The staff are attentive, and the rooms feel classy. The resort fee felt misleading—advertised perks like wifi and pool access were underwhelming. The decor, with its tapestry-covered walls, felt oddly dated. While the beds were comfortable, privacy was lacking. With a little more attention to detail, this place could truly shine.

I really liked the cozy and modern vibe of the room. The king size bed was super comfortable, and there was plenty of seating for lounging around. The room had a fancy peek a boo shower, which was a fun touch. the bathroom door was missing when we first checked in, but the staff promptly moved us to another room. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, which I definitely appreciated. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. On the downside, the wireless connection in the room was spotty, and only one device could really pick it up. The shower head in our room was also leaking, which wasn't great given the water restrictions in the region. In terms of amenities, I wish they provided more toiletries in the room, especially since we booked for four people but only had enough for one or two. The long wait times for check-in and elevators were a bit frustrating as well.

The hotel had clean facilities and friendly staff. However, some rooms were outdated. Guests enjoyed the restaurant and the casino's decent payouts. Construction noise and smoking indoors were noted. Communication mishaps regarding room types and amenities were disappointing.

Perfectly situated for exploring all the hot spots in Vegas

The hotel is super close to the monorail station, making it really easy to hop on and off to visit main attractions like the Stratosphere Tower which is only about 900 meters away, and the Fremont Street Experience just over 3 km away, so I could take a nice stroll while enjoying the sights; plus, the rooms were modern and clean which added to my comfortable stay, but it would have been great to have a bit more staff available for services.

Super convenient spot at the end of the strip with a monorail station right in the hotel. Our room on the 24th floor was super quiet and had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and all the toiletries. The pools were nice, one for families and one for parties. The spa has tons of treatments and a great fitness center. Free parking is a big plus!

Check-in took forever, over 40 minutes. The casino was fun and had great evening entertainment.
