We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful older styled inn. The interior and rooms were excellent, with a top-class hotel feel. Everything was very clean and well kept. The inn's location was perfect, with a short walk to a beautiful lake and scenic trails. We loved the well-appointed kitchen and dining area, which had plenty of items to fix breakfast. The back porch was a great place to relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings. The staff, including the friendly lady who greeted us, were helpful, kind, and interested in ensuring we enjoyed our visit. Our spacious and gracious room had a large bath with a heated floor, claw-foot tub, and separate shower. The cozy bathrobes were a nice touch.

This charming historical home had a fascinating history, and it was beautifully maintained. the self check, in system and self, serve breakfast provided a convenient and flexible experience. the staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. the bathrooms were luxurious, with heated floors, thick towels, and unique toiletries. the comfortable bedding, flat screen TV, and air conditioning added to the comfort of the stay. the late check, out option was a bonus, allowing for a more relaxed departure. And let's not forget the sinfully delicious cookies in the foyer!

We discovered that we paid significantly more for our room compared to other guests who booked through different platforms. This left us feeling disappointed, as we expected better value for the price.

What a charming and cozy inn! We had a wonderful romantic getaway in this historic VT home. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious claw foot tub in the gorgeous bathroom. the innkeepers were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We loved the location of the inn, with a beautiful lake/park right in the backyard and the Connecticut River nearby. Plus, the longest covered bridge in the USA was just a short walk away. Perfect for exploring the town of Windsor and the surrounding area.

The location of Snapdragon Inn was perfect for exploring the area on foot. I loved the historical charm of the house and the beautiful woodwork. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast spread with fresh fruit and waffles was delicious. The writing desk in the room was a great addition for my work project. The internet connection was excellent and the innkeeper was friendly and provided helpful local recommendations.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this inn! the rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, and we loved the cozy and comfortable bed. the location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to some of the main attractions. One of the best aspects of our stay was the self check-in system, which made it convenient for us to arrive at any time.

We were disappointed with the lack of staff presence during our stay. We had to shovel the steps and walkway ourselves during a snowstorm, as there was no one available to assist.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in route 5 in a historical area rich in history and near a number of worthwhile places to visit, including the American Precision Museum, Cider Hill Gardens and Gallery, and the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park. It is also conveniently located near St Gaudin's and the Precision Museum. The staff, especially Jean, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering us freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and giving us a nice tour of the house. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful grounds surrounding it, including a lake that was enjoyable to walk around.
