Pros of My Mind-Blowing Stay:

amazing time on our 25th anniversary! got adjoining rooms for our kids, saved money with buffet deal, won some cash, and got extended benefits for veterans. loved the spacious room and bathroom, comfy bed, and great pillows. Isabella's Italian Restaurant had tasty food and attentive staff. convenient location for our needs. we'll be back for sure!

Liked/Best Aspects: The hotel room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy environment for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and respectful, making us feel welcomed and valued as guests. the pool area was well-maintained and provided a nice spot to unwind and enjoy a swim.

Disliked/Worst Aspects: Unfortunately, there were a few negative aspects during our stay.

The room service breakfast was great, with prompt and delicious food delivered right to our room. The casino had a separate room without smoke for those who are bothered by it, which was a nice option.- The tribal themed vibe of the resort was unique, and there were many interesting pieces available for purchase in the gift shops.

We found that the waitresses on the casino floor didn't come around to offer drinks very often, which was a bit disappointing. The slots at the casino seemed a bit tighter compared to other places we have been to, making it harder to come out as a winner.

We had an amazing time at Soaring Eagle Casino And Resort. The pool was perfect for my four-year-old granddaughter, with a variety of depths and even a large set of steps. The buffet exceeded our expectations and the server went above and beyond to make a special birthday dessert for my granddaughter. The room was attractive and beautifully designed, especially the bathroom. We had a free stay on a bonus award night, which made it an even better experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a family-friendly and enjoyable stay.

One small disappointment with my request.

I had a fantastic stay at a favorite getaway spot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. The pool area was well-maintained, and the outdoor hot tub was a treat, especially in the winter. While the slot machines were hit and miss, there were enough options to keep me entertained. The restaurants never disappointed, and the food was always delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

Convenient location for funeral, good food at Legends diner, reasonably priced, clean hotel and casino, friendly and courteous staff.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and provided clear explanations about the room location and directions. The check-in process was quick and the clerks were well trained. The room layout was comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the addition of a Jacuzzi in our room. The hotel facilities were well maintained and clean. The location was convenient, with several restaurants to choose from nearby.

Located in a prime location for concerts during the summer, casino-goers are in the right direction for an exciting night of trying to win big money at the tables. The casino personnel are helpful and consistently offer refreshments. The hotel rooms are clean, but the bedsheets can feel scratchy.

Some bar staff can be rude and uninterested in their job.

I loved the staff, location, and variety of dining options. The casino had a great selection of slots and games. The room was comfortable and had a nice view from the patio. The restaurants were reasonably priced with delicious food and service.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location of this venue with the casino was just perfect. The service we received was top-notch, from the friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs to the efficient check-in process. The room was absolutely amazing, with a Jacuzzi tub and a spacious layout. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities and a sitting area, added to our comfort. The dining table was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the restaurant. The staff did a great job of giving us a room close to our friends, as we had requested. the experience was truly luxurious and enhanced our stay.

The only downside we noticed was that there could have been more waitstaff on the floor. Nevertheless, these minor hiccups did not detract from our overall positive impression of this hotel.

The hotel’s location was great, with stunning views of the area. The outdoor hot tub was definitely a highlight of our trip, providing a relaxing and intimate atmosphere for us to enjoy together.

There were a few things that didn't meet our expectations. The buffet was lacking both in variety and quality, and was not worth the price.

I had a great solo stay at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort with plenty of towels and clean rooms. The Legends restaurant served fantastic food at reasonable prices, especially their "Legendary Breakfast." Walking leisurely from the hotel to the casino was convenient, and I was pleasantly surprised I could register for my room early, avoiding the long lines. The Isabella's breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the cozy lobby with a fireplace and evening piano player. The live music in the Water Lily Lounge on Saturday night was also fantastic.

I felt so at home during my stay that I have no complaints.
