Everything was fantastic.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel. We were there for our spring break vacation and stayed for two days. The waterpark was a blast, minus a slight ventilation issue. The registration staff was incredibly helpful and polite, especially the front desk manager, Courtney. She saved our vacation by offering us discounted water park passes when our reservation misunderstanding occurred. The staff in general was friendly, and the water slide and lazy river were great. We also enjoyed the separate pool and hot tub area for hotel guests. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The waterpark itself was very nice, with enjoyable water slides and a lazy river. Our family had a great time there and we would definitely go again. The beds in the hotel room were also really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Our experience at the hotel had some negative aspects. The wait time to check-in was extremely long, and even after waiting for 1.5 hours, our room was still not ready at 6pm.

We loved how this venue was close to the concert we went to, and the shuttle was great for getting us there and back. The water park was fantastic, and it was so convenient to be able to stay in the park itself; the tiki bar and cafe were a great addition. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the great service we received.

Close to the casino with convenient shuttle service, this hotel is a great value for money. The staff is super friendly and attentive to details. Rooms in the tower are spacious and very well maintained, even with kids sleeping inside. Breakfast by the coffee is a real treat!

The atmosphere was enjoyable and made me feel relaxed. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The waterpark was great, especially for keeping an eye on multiple children. The convenience to the highway and nearby casino was a plus. The pool staying open late was a nice feature.

My room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the golf course. Although the fitness room was hard to find, the equipment was decent despite some maintenance issues. The water park area was fun for all ages. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I got really good value for my money at this hotel. The room was exactly as advertised - beautiful, clean, and with a great view of the golf course. The staff was friendly and efficient during check-in.

The breakfast items could have been better, especially the fries which had way too much salt dumped on them.

The hotel's proximity to the casino down the road is very convenient, especially with the shuttle service provided. Families with kids will appreciate the ease of access to the waterpark itself, making it a great option for a fun-filled getaway.
