We loved the convenient location with walking distance to popular attractions like Lincoln Road and Lummus Park. The variety of restaurants nearby was also a great bonus. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. The responsive and friendly service from Giulia and her team was highly appreciated.

The hotel is situated in a great location, just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent communication and service throughout the stay.

Parking can be quite expensive if you plan on using a car to explore the area.

Conveniently located accommodation with a Trader Joe's, CVS, and a Beauty Supply Store nearby. Comfortable bedding with apartments offering separate sleeping arrangements and easy accessibility. Helpful and attentive staff with fast and efficient response to any needs or queries. A perfect and lovely stay in a cheerful and welcoming establishment with great appliances and walking distance outdoor mall. One of the most enjoyable experiences I have had from accommodation in this city.

The complimentary champagne and chocolate were a great welcome surprise when we arrived. The hotel's location is perfect for walking to the nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they were a great resource for local recommendations.

The noise level was too high, we were awoken multiple times during the night due to loud parties from neighboring buildings. the lack of soundproofing meant we could hear everything from the floors above us.
