I recently stayed at a hotel in the trendy area of Soho and had a fabulous experience! The staff were welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with the subway and fantastic restaurants just a stone's throw away. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I especially enjoyed the glass of champagne upon arrival, a lovely touch. a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel.

The doormen could be a bit inconsistent in their friendliness and attentiveness.

It was amazing staying at this place located in a wonderful exciting area where I could find everything in the SoHo. The staff was so kind and helpful, making arrangements for many amenities to be delivered to my room, as well as spa reservations and restaurant recommendations. The room was great and had all the requirements like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, in-room safe, Trouser press.

Kendal at the front desk helped me with last minute reservations and provided special accommodations, while Makke provided the best and most welcoming service I've ever experienced. They truly made me feel like family and provided a temporary home for me.

For the price we paid, the value was great. Our room was not only beautiful, but also surprisingly bright, unlike other hotels I've stayed at. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to the subway, and the staff treated us like old friends, with top-notch local knowledge and some fun little extras in the room.

This hotel is located in a great area for shopping and dining. It is situated in the exciting SoHo neighborhood, close to everything. The rooms on the higher floors offer fantastic views and are kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided is also a standout feature.

I recently stayed at the Soho Grand for a week-long trip. The location is outstanding, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms are clean and have ample storage. The highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the hairdryer was of excellent quality. The lounge/bar area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms, and the heating system worked well. I highly recommend this hotel.
