The value for money at Sonder was excellent, with a spacious and well-equipped apartment that had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location in the Financial District was fantastic, with easy access to popular attractions and subway stations. The staff at Sonder were friendly and efficient, ensuring our request for a room transfer was handled promptly and to our satisfaction.

The menu for breakfast could use some improvement.

Great location near 9/11 memorial, Wall Street, subway stations, and convenience stores. Plenty of floor space, well-furnished with a large TV and excellent wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped and even includes coffee, salt, pepper, and oil. Fitness room available. Ideal for families with kids.

The location near the financial district was convenient, with Fulton St station close by. The apartment offered lots of space and comfortable seating options. Additionally, the apartment was clean and had a nice view.

The attention to detail was lacking, from the dimly-lit entrance code keypad to the cheap and uncomfortable furniture.

Arriving at this place, I found it to be very close to the Fulton Street metro station which made it very easy to explore the area. The staff is incredibly helpful, offering assistance with airport taxis and luggage storage. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, free wi-fi. I also appreciated having access to a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen utensils.

I recommend this hotel to all.

The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring Manhattan, with easy access to the subway and everything we needed within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The facilities, including a work space and a gym, were a great addition. Worst customer service ever. There was construction noise all day and night, making it impossible to relax or sleep, and when we complained about it, we were ignored.

We had a great time at Sonder At One Platt. The location was convenient, close to the subway, and there was a market nearby. Despite some noise from construction, the apartment had plenty of space, closet storage, and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff helped us quickly when we needed to extend our stay. Overall I'd recommend this aparthotel.
