The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location was convenient, close to street cars and the French Quarter. the staff were helpful and even allowed us to store our bags at another Sonder property. it felt like a home away from home. the kitchen was well-equipped and the closet space was spacious.

The building was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The amenities were amazing, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was perfect for attending a concert and exploring the city. Having a full kitchen was convenient and the bed was comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Sonder on the Promenade. The fully self-contained apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the French Quarter and with convenience stores, restaurants, and the St. Charles streetcar nearby. Sonder made our experience even better with their excellent communication and prompt assistance whenever we had questions. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Sonder.

Broken building keypad caused inconvenience.

The location is perfect, close to the center and on the Promenade. The room was exactly as requested and the view was great. The basic amenities were all working fine, especially the internet speed. The kitchen was brand new and the bed was very comfortable. The option to store belongings in a locker was convenient.

The entrance to the building and the hallway to the elevator had an unpleasant smell and the check-in process was stressful due to late instructions.

Mind-blowing location close to Bourbon Street but far enough for a peaceful balcony experience. Keyless entry, 24hr helpline, and lovely staff. Cute and cozy rooms, with free laundry facilities and toiletries. Spacious rooms with great closet space and a well-equipped kitchen. Easy access to French Quarter, Warehouse District, and street cars. Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle, cookware. No pets allowed, no smoking on site.

The keypad on the entrance was worn and difficult to see. It would have been helpful to have a light near the keypad.

We had a great experience at Sonder. the location was perfect, right next to the trolley, making it easy to explore the city. the room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner. the cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and the staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the proximity to the French Quarter and the walkability to most attractions.
