My recent stay at Sonder The Hancock was everything I was expecting and more. The location was perfect, with easy access to the business district, hospital, and Boston Common. The apartment itself was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable furniture and modern appliances. The rooms were clean and had plenty of natural light, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was easily reachable via text for any concerns or questions, and they even refunded the cleaning fee due to some unforeseen circumstances. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The location of the apartment was perfect for my needs, as it was very close to the Park where I needed to be. it was conveniently situated near the business district, the hospital, and the lovely Boston Common.

The communication from the property management company was lacking, as they failed to respond to my early check-in request and the passcode did not work upon arrival.

Great location in the heart of the city and close to major attractions. Loved the stylish interior and cozy feel of the apartment. appreciated the quick response from staff when we had an issue with the door code.

The cleanliness was lacking and there were some unpleasant odors in the apartment. The kitchen was not well stocked for cooking and there was limited space for toiletries in the shower.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the park and within walking distance of Newberry Street shopping and fantastic restaurants. The convenience of being so close to these attractions cannot be overstated. Additionally, the apartment's interior design is beautifully done, with grand architectural features like fireplaces and high ceilings. The well-equipped kitchen and comfy mattresses added to the overall positive experience.

The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired, with a noticeable bloodstain on the mattress cover.
