I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and had a fantastic layout, making it feel like a cozy apartment rather than a hotel room. The kitchen was a great feature, allowing me to store snacks and feel more independent during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for me, as it was in a great neighborhood and close to the medical center I needed to visit. Additionally, being just 4 miles from downtown made it convenient for exploring the city.

The full-size fridge & freezer had ample ice & space for my groceries. I appreciated the two closets & the comfortable bed. Although housekeeping missed my room one day, the Front Desk promptly brought us fresh towels. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to all the attractions Omaha has to offer. The rooms are clean, updated, and decorated with cute decor. I loved having a kitchen with all the basic appliances, it made our stay so convenient. The breakfast had many options, including hot food, which was a great way to start our day.

This hotel had a super nice and clean atmosphere with a quiet ambiance. We were upgraded to a king deluxe suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious, and we loved the concept of having a full kitchen with all the necessary dishes. The two full bathrooms were a bonus, equipped with generous amounts of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The staff was friendly and understanding, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, we appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly.

We loved the generous and varied breakfast options at the hotel. The coffee was outstanding! The entire property was spotlessly clean, except for some areas where inconsiderate dog owners had left a mess on the grass. The pool was impeccably clean, and we noticed the property manager constantly ensuring that everything looked nice. The hotel's location was great, as it was not far from downtown, the medical center, and other areas of this city. The staff at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful, especially when we had a strange incident of getting locked out of our room. The room itself had a lovely layout, feeling more like an apartment than a hotel. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to feel independent and store our snacks efficiently. The beds were incredibly soft, and the bathtub was comfortable for even taller individuals like us.

The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. the location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We loved the convenience of having a fridge and mini kitchen in our room. It was so helpful to be able to cook some meals and not have to eat out every night. the free hot breakfast was a great way to start our day, especially during the hectic holiday season. we had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like about our stay. the seating in the living room area was uncomfortable and only seated three people.

Stayed for Easter weekend. Loved the spacious 2 bedroom suite that felt like a home away from home. Having a kitchen and free breakfast were definite perks. the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, close to everything we needed to go.

The cleanliness of the suite could have been better. Hairs were found around the bathroom floor which was disappointing.

I recently stayed at Sonesta Es Suites for 4 nights on a business trip. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the pool was a refreshing retreat after a long day of work. The friendly staff provided excellent service and even recommended some great local restaurants. The cinnamon scones served for breakfast were absolutely delicious. The spacious and new rooms were a pleasant surprise and the convenient location in midtown made it easy to explore the area on foot.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room at Sonesta. It felt much larger than a typical hotel room, with ample space and storage options. The full kitchen was a nice bonus and allowed us to prepare simple meals. The free breakfast offered a variety of options each day. The limited service was perfect for us, with daily fresh towels and bed making. Despite being an older property, the value for our stay was impressive. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others.
