Located near the Mayo Clinic, this hotel is convenient for medical tourists and has a shuttle service. The lobby area includes a small covered patio area, perfect for having a chat and enjoying your coffee or meal from the Bistro. The food offered at the Bistro is of high quality with healthy options and big portions.

The hotel lacks some amenities such as bar soap and stationary in the rooms and at times the front desk can be busy with only one person attending to many guests.

This hotel is a great value for money, located against the beautiful McDowell mountains. The staff was attentive and rooms on the upper level had good amenities including a sofa bed. For breakfast, we enjoyed a delicious bagel.

We spent our Easter weekend in a hotel in the Phoenix area. the hotel had some great things going for it. the complimentary breakfast was tasty, and the convenience of having a gym on-site was a pleasant surprise. the location was ideal, giving us easy access to the local attractions.

The hotel was a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. the HVAC system was difficult to control, and our room was either too hot or too cold.

I loved everything about my stay - the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful views of the mountains and pool, and the convenient location on the Mayo Clinic campus. The hotel staff were personable and always helpful, providing a shuttle for travel to the clinic. The inner courtyard with the pool and hot tub was a lovely feature, and the bedding was comfortable and high-quality. Additionally, the hotel graciously allowed me to extend my checkout time when one of my doctor appointments ran late.
