I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were fantastic and gave me great suggestions on local dining and activities. The room was clean and modern, and I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my balcony. It only took me a couple of minutes to walk to the beach, and there was also a lovely pool available for guests. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, there was a convenient transportation option with a trolley stop right across the street.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

During our stay at South Beach Condo, we were pleasantly surprised by the recently updated property. The new appliances in our room worked perfectly and the king bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The highlight, however, was the stunning ocean view from our balcony. It was truly breathtaking.

Though we had some minor issues, such as the handle on the refrigerator being on the wrong side, overall our experience was positive. The beach access, although not directly outside the hotel, was still easily accessible via a short walk along a sandy path.

The hotel had spacious rooms, modern design, and amazing balcony views. Great access to the beach with on-site grills, close to grocery and souvenir stores. A+ location with friendly staff.

The hotel has a fantastic location on the beach. Apartments were very good with comfortable furniture and a big screen TV. Extras included beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The washer/dryer is convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful. Great kitchen and dining area. Convenient parking. Close to good restaurants.

The hotel's location is its biggest pro. It is close to popular restaurants and shops, and the view from the balcony is great. However, the walk to the beach is long, and the boardwalk is actually a concrete walkway.

The rooms themselves are not up to par. The bathroom had outdated fixtures, and the bed was uncomfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming beach hotel in Treasure Island. The value for money was outstanding, with affordable prices for a room equipped with a nice kitchen, including a full-size fridge and ice maker. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, even enough soap for a washer load. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the Treasure Island area, allowing for easy walks to nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided at this hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially the cleaning lady and the front desk attendants, Jackie and Karen. Karen went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed, creating a safe and friendly environment. I can't thank her enough! The view from the room was breathtaking, and the hotel's proximity to the beach was unbeatable. The pool and grounds were well-maintained, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed for easy cooking. The hotel also provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and a supermarket, with a convenient car ride service available until 2:00 am. Truly amazing!

This hotel is a gem! It's located right on the sea shore and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The spacious rooms are furnished with all the amenities I needed, including beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, and a balcony with breathtaking views over the gulf. Plus, they provide a delicious breakfast that started my day off perfectly!

Great Gulf and sunset views from the room on the 5th floor. Staff were wonderful and the room had everything you could need. the property was beautiful and the price was very reasonable.

Maintenance of the building was not good. Some of the amenities like the ice machines and TVs were unreliable.
