This hotel is an incredible option for anyone who wants to enjoy a great location at the beautiful Captiva beach, right on the Gulf. The service and staff were excellent, always paying attention to every detail and making you feel at home. The rooms were also great, with options like a pull-out couch or a balcony to the harbor. Plus, the remodel was beautifully done, especially the shower!

We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was stunning, with a beautiful beach and a nice harbor. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The amenities provided, such as the comfortable beach beds and the great fitness club, added to the overall experience. The room had all the necessary facilities, including free Wi-Fi, a balcony, and a dining table. The on-site dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available. The service provided by the hotel staff was impeccable, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the staff forgot to provide a parking permit, but it was not a big inconvenience.

Harbourside dinner, golf cart rental, and beach activities were enjoyable. Pool view with manatees and dolphins was amazing. Good vibes overall. Excellent facilities and activities for all ages.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is situated right on the beach, offering a stunning view from the rooms. The beach itself is beautiful and there are plenty of chairs and towels available for guests. The helpful beach attendants are always ready to assist with setting up umbrellas and chairs. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all the restaurants in the area.

Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor and the room did not seem to be properly cleaned. The shower curtains had mold and the towels and sheets did not smell fresh.

We recently stayed at this amazing resort for a family vacation. The staff and service were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location is stunning, with beautiful beaches and heated pools. The food at Doc Ford's and The Pointe was delicious, and the resort even set up umbrellas for us at the beach. Our kids loved the fishing, parasailing, and golfing activities, as well as the Scout About bracelet collecting. The well-equipped kitchen in our room was a bonus for making breakfast each morning.

The location is unbeatable with a stunning beach and plenty of chairs and towels. There are multiple pools and onsite dining options available. The rooms are well-equipped, with TVs in every room and insuite laundry. Wildlife sightings, including dolphins and manatees, make the stay memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch. Hotel facilities were great, especially the main pool area which was perfect for our family. The trolley service was a nice touch, making it easy to get around. The location was ideal, offering peace and quiet as well as plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the golf course and pools that overlooked the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Had a wonderful Easter vacation! Loved the complimentary bikes and kayaks, which allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings and the turquoise waters of the Gulf. the location was perfect, with stunning sunsets and great restaurants nearby.

Some small details could have made the experience even better. We would have liked a wider variety of items in the kitchen and were surprised by the additional resort fee.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the golf course and pools overlooking the beach. There are also plenty of options for gluten-free dining on the island and nearby restaurants. Additionally, the service was decent and they offer a nice breakfast with all you need.

I couldn't get enough of the beach area and the privacy that this hotel provided. The amenities were top-notch, from the pool to the restaurants and the North Pointe area. Even though I was there during the off-season, there were still plenty of things to do and enjoy. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
