As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the spacious rooms with private bathrooms and comfortable beds. The common kitchen was well-equipped for preparing breakfast and offered a large dining area. The guest house's location near Walmart and Costco was convenient. We will definitely recommend this place.

The cozy guesthouse is strategically located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. The spotless room with a spacious and modern private bathroom was outstanding. The host Ron went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The light breakfast options were a cherry on the top. With laundry room facilities on site, you can relax and enjoy nature. The room is an amazing value for the affordable price and has large fluffy towels and basic breakfast options.

The TV may not work, and the temperature in the room could have been cooler, but it was still comfortable.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious bathroom with its large shower with 2 heads and a bathtub. the amenities provided, such as shampoo and lotion, were a nice touch. Additionally, the huge selection of breakfast items available on the counter, including cold cereal, tea, and hot chocolate.

One drawback of my stay was the lack of clear signage regarding the shared food in the fridge. It was unclear which items were for general use and which belonged to other guests.

The Spacious & New Guesthouse in Orem/Provo was spotlessly clean and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and beautiful, and the location was excellent, with easy access to BYU and Evermore Park. The check-in and check-out process was also very easy. I particularly loved the bathroom in room 11, which had a giant shower and a luggage closet. I had a great stay at the guesthouse.
